4.    Look up the task on the left hand side for the name of the task and shift. Note: the Row header indicates the name of the task while column header shows the shift.

All registered swimmers (new and returning) should come to your
sessions 15 minutes earlier and have the swimming suites and goggles

New swimmers - look for a sign "New Swimmers Assessment" on Deck. You
will be led to the Head Coach or his designate for skill level
assessment before you are assigned to a proper group.

Returning swimmers - we will publish grouping list shortly. You will
meet your coach and teammates on deck.

Pool Rules

·         Most important rule is NO STREET SHOES on deck. It is Law and
violations could mean serious consequences to the club. The City of
Burnaby could back off from our pool rental agreement if continuous
rule violations are observed. We would like to ask our returning
families and swimmers to take a pride of our club and show examples to
our new comers about how good we are in caring about the rules and the
health of the public and our own.

·         We would like to ask our members to be cooperative with the pool
staff. Remember that we each of us represent the club collectively and
we thank you for thinking of that all the time.

·         For those who come to CG Brown morning and late afternoon
practices, be reminded that the pool's main entrance is locked up
before 10 in Saturday morning and after 5 in Sunday afternoon. You
will have to use the back door on the side of east wall to get into
and exit from the pool. Because the door is at the side of the pool
deck, we ask you to pay more attention about the NO STREET SHOES
policy. We apologize for the inconvenience but rules are rules we all
have to obey them.

We are going to collect the pending amount of the registration fee in
the first and second week. So please bring your cheque book to the
pool. We will have designated executives at the two pools for
collecting cheques and answer your questions.

Have fun with your first practice!
